What are the washing instructions for your products?
Items must be hand-washed in cool or lukewarm water using mild detergent. Once washed, leave it out to air-dry. Do not use a washing machine and tumble dryer as these may deform the products.
Are the products FDA-approved and certified?
Corestance products are not reviewed or approved by the FDA, as they are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are intended solely to support physical therapy and rehabilitation efforts.
Do you use latex for your items?
Our products are made without latex to help avoid potential allergic reactions. Instead, we use spandex-based materials that are suitable even for individuals with sensitive skin.
What’s your refund and return policy, and do I have to cover return shipping?
At Corestance, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you won’t have to worry about return costs, as long as your request is within that 30-day window.
Please note that refund requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for prepaid return shipping and will require the customer to pay the shipping fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 days after we receive the returned item.
